Transportation Demand Management Section, City of Peterborough
The Transportation Demand Management (TDM) section promotes and facilitates walking, cycling, public transit, telecommuting and carpooling. Contains lots of information on various trails-related activities.

Rotary Club of Peterborough
The Rotary Club of Peterborough is responsible for creating and maintaining many of the trails in Peterborough. They also contribute to many trails in the area. Their website contains a brief discussion of the Greenway Trail on the East side of the City (with video) and some photographs of trail maintenance west and east of the City.

Peterborough GreenUp
GreenUP provides education, services, resources and support to enable citizens to take up environmentally healthy lifestyle habits. This includes initiatives for alternate transportation. GreenUp is a partner in the annual Shifting Gears programs.

Peterborough Moves provides people in the Peterborough area with information and tools to take up sustainable transportation. Peterborough Moves is a joint project of Peterborough Green-Up, City of Peterborough and the Peterborough County-City Health Unit. Peterborough Moves is a partner in the Shifting Gears, Active and Safe Routes to School and Active and Safe Community Routes programs
